AMD is Specified Non-profit Organization (NPO) to support the promotion and development of Micronesia. The organization is engaged in human interaction and mutual understanding between Japan and Micronesia, and financial support to the Micronesian industries such as tourism, fishing, and agriculture.

ミクロネシア振興協会は1998年10月にミクロネシア連邦を経済的に支援する有志の会として活動を開始し、その翌年1999年2月に任意団体ミクロネシア振興協会として設立されました。

現在に至るまでの詳細な沿革についてはこちらのページでご紹介しております。

We started the activities by volunteer group in order to support FSM (Federated States of Micronesia) financially in October 1998 and was established as unincorporated association in February 1999.

Our activities are supported by not only association members but also by volunteers in various ways. Anyone who wishes to support the promotion and development of Micronesia can join us.
