<Mission>
Association for Micronesian Development (AMD)’s mission is to contribute to fostering mutual understanding between Japan and South Pacific region/Micronesia through carrying out various projects related to the development of Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) and its solidarity with Japan in good faith.

相互訪問などの人的交流・両国の歴史と現代文化の理解・観光、漁業、農業等の各産業支援事業・環境に関するハード＆ソフト技術に関わる事業・次世代を展望した青少年の交流と人材育成に関する事業・災害、保健衛生、福祉に関する事業・各種講演会、研修会、物産＆写真展等の事業・平和祈念碑等事業・他事業

1 People-to-people exchanges including mutual visits
2 Promotion of understanding of history and modern cultures of each country
3 Industrial support for tourism, fishing, agriculture and other industries
4 Projects related to Green ‘hard’ and ‘soft ‘technology
5 Youth exchanges in view of the future and human resource development projects
6 Disaster response, health and hygiene, welfare related projects
